ECHA更新物品中SVHC物質通報情況

據悉，ECHA于2013年12月10日更新了物品中高關注度物質（SVHC物質）的通報情況，主要涉及第1-8批SVHC物質，而物品中第9批SVHC物質的通報將于2013年12月20日截止。
在第1-8批138個SVHC物質中，ECHA只收到了32個SVHC物質在物品中的通報，其中以DEHP收到的通報最多，有103份。通報結果統計如下：

SVHC即高關注度物質，英文全稱為Substances of Very High Concern。根據歐盟REACH法規第57條，高關注度物質共有以下幾種：
- 第1類和第2類致癌，致畸和具有生殖毒性的物質，即CMR1類和2類物質；
- 持久性、生物累積性和毒性的物質，即PBT物質；
- 高持久性、高生物累積性的物質，即 vPvB物質；
- 具有內分泌干擾特性，或具持久性、生物累積性和毒性，或具高持久性、高生物累積性但不符合2、3兩項標準，同時有科學證據證明對人類或環境引起嚴重影響的物質，即同等關注物質。
根據REACH法規第7條第2款：如果物品中含有SVHC物質，且滿足以下兩個條件時，生產商或進口商需根據法規第7條第4款向歐洲化學品管理局(ECHA)進行通報，且通報內容和格式必須符合相關通報要求：
- 高關注物質在物品中的含量超過1噸/年；
- 高關注物質在物品中的質量百分濃度超過0.1%。
