Don’t forget monthly academy fees are due on the 1st of each month and will incur a $15 late fee if not paid by the 3rd.

Payments can be made during office hours (Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or during practice hours (Monday - Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.).

Please do not make payments to coaches.

NOTE: A payment drop-off box is available at the front door of the Patriot office.

NOTE: Patriot Staff will set up at the West Side Rec. the first week of each month from 5:00-7:30pm.
