A loyal friend and fan of the El Paso Patriots family since 1995, German Delgado joined the Patriot staff in 2006. In his first season he was taken under the wing of Vice-President Diana Cervantes to learn all game day operations needed to substitute Diana while on a family trip to the 2006 World Cup. He then took the position of Director of Operations and immediately began to make improvements to the youth academy and PDL team. German is credited for implementing and raising season ticket sales by 280%. German was also a major factor in improving the look and quality of gameday concessions. German's background includes insurance sales and public relations in a variety of businesses. With eight years of playing experience during his youth, German adds a great deal of value to the organization through his understanding of the sport of soccer. German is brother to Jose and Carola and son to Jose and Martha Delgado.
